In order to find this mystery, you need to head over to the town of Uldar located in the Gullnamar region of the map. Once there go to Har Smida and enter the cave next to the lava flowing down from the mountains.
Follow the linear path inside the cave and turn right and climb down the stairs at the end of the pathway. Here you will notice some golden threads flowing down from a table.
After you interact with it, you will realise that these are the golden hair of Sif, the wife of Thor. Loki had cut it off for reasons best known to him which made Thor angry.
Loki then decided to make amends by making new hair for Sif which he claimed to be finer than the previous one and then headed off to Svartalheim. Loki requested Ivaldi’s sons to forge hair of pure gold which he would then be attached to Sif’s scalp and grow like real hair.
