Once you install the expansion you will get a quest called Restless Dreams in your quest log. This quest will begin in Ravensthorpe. Open up your map and look around in Ravensthorpe, on the eastern side you will see the quest and its description saying “Eivor is troubled by new visions of Odin, and of conflict in Svartalfheim”.
As you go towards the tree, Eivor will start saying that he has found peace there in the past and will also say that the tree has been overrun with mistletoe.
From here simply walk to the marked area where it shows you that there is a quest, and interact with it. From here Eivor will sit down next to the tree and rest. Here the quest Restless Dreams will begin where you will get a message that Odin is speaking to Baldr.
And once you “Wake up” you will begin a conversation with Frigg about Loki and continue off with your quest!
