The Bloody Spell is now out on Steam and the action-filled role-playing game gives players the adrenaline of combat. However, if you want to change the language of the game, you may encounter some errors and difficulties. The game as I’m sure you already know, is by default, in Chinese. It’s developed by a Chinese studio called Yi Long. But they’ve made things a bit tough if you’re not a Mandarin speaker.

If the game launches in a different language, you may encounter some errors or crashes. It really can. This is because your system might not have the required characters or language support needed to run the game.
But the UI can be difficult to understand as well. Point is, it’s not a good time really. But there is a way to easily change it by following a few steps:
To start changing the language of the game, launch the game until you get to the title page.
Click on the fourth line which is the options button and select the first line from the very top. This line represents the settings menu.
You will see multiple bars with left and right buttons on each side and the second bar should look like the option for the resolution of your game.
Select the first bar and press the right or left button until you see English or any language you prefer.
Once you are done, click the button on the lower-left part of the menu to apply the changes and the game language should change.
While it’s a bummer that most players have to tip-toe and look for solutions for an issue that shouldn’t be an issue in the first place, we can’t say that this game is not stunning. Don’t take my word for it, look at what the majority of the players rate it.
Chinese game studios often keep their local language as the default for the game, but that is mainly because the majority of the players are from China.
