The current Solstice event for Destiny 2 sees multiple players grinding many hours into the game for the In Candescent Triumph. With 24 distinctive Triumphs to earn, In Candescent is definitely one of the longer ones in terms of acquiring it. In other words, players will need to pack some extra time into the game in order to get it. However, this challenge is merely temporary, and the Solstice event will conclude on August 9. Time is running out, so we’ll show you how you can earn the In Candescent Triumph before the event expires.
How to Complete the In Candescent Triumph in Destiny 2
Players can complete the In Candescent Triumph by playing through dungeons, raids, Trials of Osiris, and Master or Grandmaster Nightfalls, all while wearing rekindled Candescent armor. To spice up and update your Candescent armor set, you’ll need to spend Silver Leaves, Silver Ash, and Kindling during the Solstice event. Basically, play through the popular modes and Event Challenges to muster up enough resources to upgrade your Candescent armor pieces.
As long as you have Candescent pieces equipped, you’ll accumulate more Silver Ash for every completed Solstice activity. It just helps to wear multiple pieces to speed up the process. Be sure to compare your armor stats to see which dungeon suits you better for the process. Plus, it’s also a good idea to engage in battle with your fellow trustworthy Guardians; chances are, they’re still trying to fulfill other Triumphs that you could assist with.
Obtaining the In Candescent Triumph plays a part in getting the highly desirable Flamekeeper title. In fact, all 24 current Solstice Triumphs must be finished if you seek to claim the title. A good chunk of the Triumphs requires Guardians to participate in the Bonefire Bash activity. It acts as the main activity to stoke the flames that turn Silver Leaves into Silver Ash. But as we said before, the Solstice will come to a close on August 9, so do what you can in the meantime before the opportunity ultimately disappears.
