For a game with as many updates and content expansions as Destiny 2, your cosmetic items are crucial. It’s the best way to show rival players how long you’ve been with the game. On top of that, it’s an opportunity to flex some of the rare gear you’ve collected over the years. As such, the chances are you’ll want to get the Destiny 2 Terminal Velocity emblem. If you’ve heard of the new decal but don’t know where to find it, we’ve got you covered.
How to Get the Terminal Velocity Emblem in Destiny 2
Getting the Terminal Velocity emblem in Destiny 2 is actually very easy, although it doesn’t come free. You cannot unlock it through gameplay or by completing objectives. The Terminal Velocity emblem is a freebie if your Amazon Prime account is linked to your Destiny 2 account. The only way to unlock it is through Prime Gaming Rewards.
Therefore, you’ll need to hold an active Amazon Prime subscription to get this limited-time item. Head to the Amazon website, find your Prime Rewards section, and enter your Destiny 2 details on the Prime Gaming Rewards page. From there, you should be able to hit ‘Redeem’ that will grant you access to the items. From there, the next time you log into the game, the Polaris Lance Exotic Bundle will greet you.
Once you have the bundle though, you still have to manually unlock the Terminal Velocity emblem. While it’s included in the bundle, it isn’t actually listed on the Prime Gaming website. Then log in, head to the Tower Hangar, and speak to Amanda. She’ll give you all the items in the Polaris Lance Exotic Bundle, as well as the Terminal Velocity emblem. That is crucial, because otherwise you may not realise you need to take an extra step to grab the emblem. Once you’ve unlocked it though, it’s yours forever!
