There is no specific recipe for making some Crudites and you just need to add a Carrot from your inventory to the cooking pot to prepare them.
You will need to repeat this 5 times to obtain 5 Crudites for the quest.
Once you are done, hand over the Fish Sandwich and the Crudites to Mickey to complete the quest.
