If you want to immerse yourself in the October festivities in Disney Dreamlight Valley, try your hand at one of the game’s pumpkin dishes. There are only two pumpkin dishes in the game, Pumpkin Puffs and Pumpkin Soup. However, you should choose the dish that gives you more energy and sells for more Star Coins. And that’s Pumpkin Soup, which, despite its four-star rating, is still relatively simple to make and sells for 1,500 Star Coins. So, if you’re ready to make Pumpkin Soup, this guide will show you how!
How to Make Pumpkin Soup in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To make Pumpkin Soup in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you will need Ginger, Milk, a Pumpkin, and one Vegetable of any kind. For vegetables, we recommend Carrots, Lettuce, or, Tomatoes because these are the cheapest vegetables to buy and quickest to grow. You can find seeds for any one of them at Goofy’s stall in Peaceful Meadow or at Dazzle Beach.
Now you’ll need some Milk and Ginger. You can buy Milk from Remy’s restaurant for 230-Star Coins. This is a little steep but you can’t get this ingredient any other way. Ginger, on the other hand, won’t cost you a cent, instead, you’ll have to forage it. Ginger spawns throughout the Forgotten Lands. Just like Vanilla, they are a plant you can harvest when you stumble across them. With a little searching, you should have some Ginger in no time.
We saved our main ingredient for last, Pumpkins. These are exclusive to the Forgotten Lands, and once you’ve unlocked the area for 15,000 Star Coins, you’ll also need to unlock Goofy’s Stall in the region for 5,000 Star Coins. Once you do, you can immediately purchase Pumpkin Seeds for 275 Star Coins. They will then take four hours to grow.
Now that you have one Ginger, Milk, Pumpkin, and Vegetable, you can go ahead and make Pumpkin Soup. Just simply add all four of those ingredients into the cooking pot at Remy’s Restaurant, or at your home one. Now you can make some of your investment back by selling the Pumpkin Soup for 1,500 Star Coins. Cause while it’s a relatively easy four-star dish to make, it can be very expensive.
