The various biomes in Disney Dreamlight Valley contain many ingredients that can be used to create unique meals. The Frosted Heights biome is especially important, as it carries a couple of ingredients needed in making the Red Fruit Sorbet recipe. Its main component, Slush Ice, is particularly difficult to acquire because it’s only available through Remy’s final quest, The Unknown Flavor. In this guide, we’ll be showing you where to find ingredients for Red Fruit Sorbet.
Where to Find Ingredients for the Red Fruit Sorbet Recipe
The Red Fruit Sorbet recipe consists of four ingredients:
- Raspberry
- Sugarcane
- Gooseberry
- Ice Slush
Raspberry is one of the easiest ingredients you can find. It can immediately be seen growing on bushes near the Plaza and in Peaceful Meadow.
The next ingredient, Sugarcane, can be bought at Goofy’s Stall in the Dazzle Beach biome. Just remember that you’ll have to unlock it for 1,000 Dreamlight first.
Gooseberries are a little harder to get. They’re only available in the Frosted Heights and Forgotten Lands biomes, which are the two most expensive areas to unlock in the game. The Frosted Heights biome can only be opened by spending 10,000 Dreamlight. However, you have to unlock the Forest of Valor first for 3,000 Dreamlight in order to access it.
But the combined Dreamlight requirement of the aforementioned biomes pales in comparison to what’s needed in unlocking the Forgotten Lands. It’s the most expensive area in the game, and you need a whopping 15,000 Dreamlight to unlock it. However, you also have to unlock the Sunlit Plateau first, for 7,000 Dreamlight. The grand total for unlocking both biomes comes to 22,000 Dreamlight.
Once you do get past the Dreamlight slog, Gooseberries can be found growing on bushes within both the Forgotten Lands and Frosted Heights.
Finally, Ice Slush can only be permanently unlocked by completing Remy’s final quest, The Unknown Flavor. To access his last quest, Wall-E must already be a resident of the Valley. In addition, the Sunlit Plateau, Frosted Heights, and Dazzle Beach biomes must be unlocked, and you also need to reach Friendship Level 10 with Remy.
You will then be asked to collect 15Snowballs and craft one Purified Night Shard Powder before you can create Ice Slush permanently.
