In each of the quests, players are required to find or place some mysterious items in order to complete the quest. In the “With Great Power” quest, you have to place a crystal key in the right spot to continue forward with the story of the game.

Where To Use The Crystal Key in Disney Dreamlight Valley
While doing the “With Great Power” quest, you will come to a point where have to place Ursula’s Crystal Key in a device near the locked entrance to a cave on Dazzle Beach.
The right location where you need to go is marked on the image below. It is located on the rocks by Dazzle Beach.
Once you get there, you will find a closed cave entrance with plenty of stones around.
Go to the door, where in front of it you will find a statue stone with which you can interact and place the Crystal Stone on it.
Click on the stone, select the blue crystal stone from your inventory that you have obtained already, and then just place it on the stone.

Once you place it, the door of the cave will open and you will be able to enter inside.
