Are you a fan of Dywane “The Rock” Johnson and are searching for his best films? Look no further. We know he’s made several doozies, but after someone asked Reddit for his best, these are the top-voted responses.

1. Be Cool (2005)

Chili Palmer (John Travolta) changes his career from being a gangster to a movie producer. Then he wants to go into the music industry. Unfortunately, he doesn’t realize that the industry has Russian mobsters, rival producers, and assassins out to bring him down. The Rock plays a gay Samoan bodyguard named Elliot, who aspires to be an actor.

2. Gridiron Gang (2006)

According to many in the thread, the probation officer’s role, Sean Porter, fits the Rock perfectly. Porter decides to turn the inmates he is in charge of into a football team to give them a sense of self-respect and responsibility. However, he faces opposition from high-school coaches who don’t want their players playing against criminals.

3. Moana (2016)

Many noted that the Disney movie Moana is loved by kids, teenagers, and adults alike. The animation is excellent. The story is great. The songs are magnificent. It tells the story of a village chief’s daughter who sets out on an adventure across the open ocean with Maui (voiced by Dwyane Johnson), who guides her in her quest to become a master Wayfinder.

4. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle‬ (2017)

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle‬ was voted one of The Rock’s best and most hilarious performances. It follows four students playing a magical video game, pulling them into the world of Jumanji. They are trapped inside the game as avatars with fixed lives and special powers. To return to the real world, they must finish the game.

5. The Rundown (2003)

The Rock plays a bounty hunter, Beck, who goes into the Amazon forest to bring back his boss’s arrogant son, Travis. They become attracted to a mysterious rebel on the way, but they must focus on the bad guys trying to kill them. The bad guys want the priceless artifact in their possession.

6. The Other Guys (2010)

Although the role of Dwyane in this movie ends soon after it starts, it’s a full-on action-comedy extravaganza. He plays a super cop who does anything to bring down criminals, even if it means millions of dollars of damage to the city’s infrastructure.

7. Pain and Gain (2013)

Pain and Gain is another action-comedy starring the Rock. He stars alongside Mark Wahlberg (Unchartered)  and Anthony Mackie. The story has a stupid trio kidnapping a wealthy business person to extort his money. The plan soon backfires, and the idiots struggle to make any money.

8. Walking Tall (2004)

Dwayne Johnson plays Chris Vaughn, a former US Army special forces soldier who returns to his hometown to find it overrun by criminals and corrupt officers. So he takes it upon himself to clean up in this action-packed thrill ride.

9. The Game Plan (2007)

Football star Joe Kingman (The Rock) doesn’t know he has an 8-year-old daughter. She is the result of a last fling with his ex-wife. He is wealthy, carefree, and living the bachelor life on his way to winning a championship. However, when tackled (pun intended) by this problem, he must learn to balance his career and family.
