Dying Light 2 is a new game that’s a sequel to the popular Dying Light game. In Dying Light 2, the virus has completely spread, and most of humanity has fallen back into the Dark Ages. The story continues as one of the last human settlements is on the brink of collapse.
The original game was popular for its amazing integration of parkour and different skill sets into the game. Even though the story didn’t receive much praise, the overall gameplay, beautiful world, and good controls make up for it.
Quests were one of the main highlights in the original Dying Light game. Most of the quests were fun to do, were a bit tricky, and required a bit of thinking. Dying Light 2 is no different.
To help you out a bit, here’s how to finish the Broadcast Quest and how to climb to the top of the transmitter tower.
Broadcast Story Quest in Dying Light 2: Climb to the Top of the Transmitter Tower
In the Broadcast story quest, Jack Matt wants to take control of the tallest antenna in the city to broadcast a propaganda campaign against the Renegades. He tasked you with climbing to the top of the transmitter tower and mounting a device. In return, he promises to help you find Mia.
The first thing you have to do is to go to the transmitter tower. Once there, you should be able to see a ladder near the bottom. Climb this ladder first. Once you’ve reached the end, you should be greeted with another ladder. Simply climb up this once again. There should be a final ladder on the third floor. You already know that you have to climb up this one too.
Finally, you’re near the top, but you have one problem. You’ve run out of ladders to climb. Don’t worry. All you have to do is face to your right and jump onto the metal pole with some smudges of yellow paint. Once you’re at the top of the pole, face to your right and reach for the platform. You should be able to climb onto the platform and finally reach the top of the transmitter tower.
At this point, all you have to do is to turn on the transmitter and attach the device to the tower and finish the Broadcast quest.
