The amount of damage that you can take in Elden Ring is a measurement that few have mastered. In a game where death is omnipresent and worrisome encounters frequent, it’s important to gain an advantage over your opponent by any means necessary. Thankfully, the Crimsonwhorl Bubbletear is one Crystal Tear that can help alleviate that fear. That’s because it has the ability to turn incoming damage into health gained. The only catch is that this Crystal Tear is stashed away on a risky cliffside where you might have to be on your toes and fingers.
Where to Find the Crimsonwhorl Bubbletear in Elden Ring
The Crimsonwhorl Bubbletear is located along a cliff in the Mountaintops of the Giants. It’s directly above the Giants’ Gravepost Site of Grace inside an altar bowl at the cliff’s end. However, you’ll need to start at the Foot of the Forge grace site to properly traverse the cliff.
Upon spawning at the Foot of the Forge site, summon Torrent and head northeast down the road. You’ll ride underneath some of the frozen Giants, but there will be rotten dogs and trolls attempting to take you out. The vicious hounds are obviously trying to chew you up, and the trolls will throw projectiles toward you. Evade what you can and keep going till you reach the point in the road where you can turn right for east past the polar-looking troll. Ride on until the road slopes down to the left back to the north. But beware, one of those creepy spider hands will arise from the ground, thus becoming a moving obstacle.
The spider hand will chase you unless you take it down, but there’s no need if you’re looking to pick up the Crystal Tear and go. In that case, continue riding north until you reach a pathway to the left. This will lead to the cliff but lesser spider hands will crawl about the area. Your path should be west now; cautiously tread among the cliffside while avoiding the attacking baby spider hands. Gallop away till you reach the aforementioned altar bowl with the two spider hands standing by. Quickly dispose of them, pick up the Crimsonwhorl Bubbletear from the bowl, then start jumping down the conveniently-placed platforms. From there, reach the Giant’s Gravepost grace point to save yourself from the bigger spider hand.
And there you have it! As aforementioned, the Crimsonwhorl Bubbletear essentially converts incoming damage into recovered HP for 15 seconds. This frankly overpowered Crystal Tear is now yours, and you’re at a Site of Grace to help get you started on mixing!
