The weapon can be found at the starting of the game when you first meet Dex. You find the exact location of the weapon marked above. Once you reach the location above, you will find the Thumper lying on the ground next to an abandoned horsecart and some broken barrels. You will need to pick it up in order to equip it.
The Thumper is a one-handed mace that can deal 57 Poison damage to your enemies. You will require Strength and Dexterity if you wish to upgrade it further.
