Before we begin, it is worth noting that this puzzle could get downright confusing. Do not be discouraged if you fail to solve it on your first couple of tries. Nevertheless, we will try our best to explain how to solve it as simply as we can.

In front of the lock dial, the first thing you should do is rotate to the left two times. Next, pull the small metal on the right side and then the left side as well.
Rotate to the left again, this time, three times, and insert the metal piece on the left towards the inner metal circle.
After that, rotate to the right three times. Pull the small metal piece towards the longer one. It is on its right.
Now, rotate to the left four more times, and pull the small metal on the left closer to the long metal that is close to the inner metal circle.
Rotate to the right one time, and pull the long metal towards the right.
Rotate to the left five times right after, and move the long metal on the right of the dial towards the inner metal circle. Make sure that it is in the absolute middle of the available compartment it currently is in.
Next, rotate to the left once, and pull the long metal now on the upper right towards the edge of the dial. Rotate to the left once again, and pull the long metal towards the top center compartment.

This is how the dial should look now.
Rotate now to the right once and pull the small metal towards the edge of the circular dial. It should hit the end of the compartment currently available to it.
Rotate to the left four times after, and pull the small metal on the left going to the other end of the compartment.
After that, rotate to the left once, and pull the other small metal to the other end of the compartment.
Rotate to the left three times and pull the small metal located on the upper right towards the inner metal circle.
Rotate to the left once and pull the long metal located at the bottom of the dial to the other end.
Rotate to the left three times again, and pull the small metal on the lower left towards the inner metal circle.
Rotate to the left once and get the longer metal located at the bottom by pulling it towards the inner metal circle.
Rotate to the left twice and move the small metal at the upper right upwards even more.
Rotate to the right once now, and pull the long metal on the right side closer to the inner metal circle. After that, pull the long metals at the bottom.
Rotate to the right four times, and pull the small metal on the lower right.
Rotate to the right once, and pull the small metal located at the bottom of the dial closer to the inner metal circle.

This is how the dial should look now.
Now, rotate to the right three times, and pull both the long metals located at the bottom of the dial closer to the inner metal circle.
Rotate to the right two times, and pull the long metal at the bottom upwards.
Rotate to the right five more times, and pull the short and long metals on the left side of the dial away from the inner metal circle.
After that, turn to the right seven times. Pull the long metal at the top upwards even more.
Rotate to the right three times, and pull down the three metals currently located at the top side of the dial.
Rotate to the right four more times. Pull the down the long metal at the bottom then pull up the long metal located at the top.
Rotate to the right three times, and move down the long metal at the bottom.
Rotate to the right four times, and pull the long metal at the lower right side of the dial.
Rotate to the left once, and put the small metal on the left inside the compartment space that’s towards the inner metal circle.
Rotate to the right four times, and pull the long metal on the left closer to the inner metal circle.
Rotate to the right four times for the second time, and pull the long metal at the upper left side of the dial.
Rotate to the right four times yet again and insert the long metal located on the right side into the compartment that’s towards the inner metal circle.
Rotate to the right four times for the fourth time, and pull the long metal on the upper left closer to the inner metal circle.
After that, rotate to the right four times, and pull the long metal on the upper left closer to the inner metal circle.
Rotate to the right five times, and pull back the long metal on the compartment on the inner metal circle outside to the right.
Rotate to the right three times more, and move the small metal at the top going towards the inner metal circle. It should get into the compartment.

This is how the dial should look now.
Next, rotate to the right three times. Pull the long metal on the upper left.
Rotate to the right once, and pull the long metal above going upwards. Keep it in the middle part of the available compartment for now.
Rotate to the right once, and pull down the long metal located at the bottom of the dial.
Rotate to the right twice, and pull one long metal on the left inside the compartment. Do the same to the other long metal on the right, but keep it in the middle of the compartment instead.
Rotate to the right three times, and pull the long metal on the upper right.
Rotate to the right one time, and put the long metal inside the compartment within the inner metal circle.
Now, move the long metal you kept in the middle of the compartment.
