Microsoft has announced the upcoming Games with Gold lineup for December. It will feature four titles for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
The Escapists 2 (MSRP of $19.99) will be available through Games with Gold from December 1st through the 31st. The strategy RPG, developed by Mouldy Toof Studios, was originally released back in 2017.
Tropico 5 (MSRP of $24.99) will be available from December 16th through January 15th. Developed by Haemimont Games, the construction management simulator was first launched back in 2014 on PC. It debuted on Xbox consoles in 2016.
Orcs Must Die! (MSRP $14.99), developed by Robot Entertainment, debuted in 2011 as a popular take on the tower defense genre. It is available on Games with Gold from December 1st through the 15th.
Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet (MSRP $9.99) originally launched in 2011 on the Xbox 360’s Xbox Live Arcade. It is a shooter puzzle hybrid, developed by Shadow Planet Productions. If the name sounds familiar, it’s because the game is inspired by the Nickelodeon interstitials of a similar name. It is available from December 16th through the 31st.
All four games are available for Xbox Live Gold members, as well as subscribers for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
A new month of Games with Gold means it is time to say goodbye to last month’s offerings. In the event you missed out, you can still snag Moving Out and Lego Batman 2 DC Super Heroes through November 30th. Dead Lands will remain available until December 15th. Rocket Knight’s availability expired on November 15th.
