It can be hard to pose a threat in the early stages of Grounded, especially when you’re up against enemies wearing acorn armor and wielding a tier-one spear. That’s why if you want to put up more of a fight in the early game, we recommend getting the Pinch Wacker. Despite being a tier-three melee weapon, you can obtain it fairly early on. What’s better, you don’t even need to craft it; you only need to find its location. In this guide, we’ll show you exactly where to find the Pinch Wacker. So keep reading to find out!
How to Get Pinch Wacker Weapon in Grounded
The Pinch Wacker in Grounded is located at the Berry Monster Lab, one of the game’s secret labs. To get to this lab, you first find the Squirts Milk Carton, which is on the right side of the map, laying below the main pond in front of the stone walls. To further illustrate, head to where the stone walls intersect on the right side of the map. It’s pretty easy to spot, and once you do, climb on top of it. Now look to the right at the stone wall and you’ll see an opening in the rocks. This is where you need to go.
However, to get to that opening in the rocks, you’ll need to build a bridge across the gap from the carton to the stone wall. Once you do that, we know you’re eager to head in, but we need one more item before we do so. That is the Bratburst bomb, which you can make with two Fungal Growth, one Red Ant Egg, and four Dry Grass Chunks. Now with the bomb in your inventory and the bridge built, you’re ready to get the Pinch Wacker.
Head through the opening in the rocks to find a slightly broken door on the other side. Toss your Bratburst bomb at it to destroy it, then enter. It will take you to a room full of treasures, but the Pinch Wacker is hidden in the red trash can directly in front of the control panel. Simply walk over to it, pick it up, and you’ll have yourself the tier-three Pinch Wacker.
