Now that Lester and Franklin have been acquainted, Lester wants Franklin to do some dirty work for him. He asks him to assassinate a scumbag by the name of Brett Lowrey.

The mission starts at Vespucci Beach where Lester meets up with Franklin.
He tells Franklin that he needs him to take care of Brett Lowrey, the CEO of a pharmaceutical company whose pill has been linked with several heart attacks.
Once the dialogue with Lester is over, you will need to go to the Von Crastenburg Hotel where Brett Lowrey is staying.
There is a nearby motorcycle that you can use to head to the marked area.
For an easy kill, you can head to the second floor of the neighboring parking garage. You can wait for the time that Brett Lowrey comes out of the hotel and shoot him from there with a sniper rifle. This also coincides with the Gold Medal objective for this mission.
Since you are also a good distance away from his guards or any other witnesses, it will also be very easy to get away. Once you are clear from any pursuers or wanted levels, the mission will end.
