Halo Infinite Cat Helmet | How to Get

Halo Infinite Cat Helmet

Halo Infinite offers a wide range of slick customization options for your Spartan, including the highly sought-after Yoroi samurai armor. Most pieces of gear are imposing and designed to strike fear in the hearts of your enemies. Others, however, are meant as more of a gag, such as the “Lightish Red” color that references the long-running Red vs Blue web series. More recently, Halo Infinite fans have become enamored with another humorous piece of gear affectionately dubbed the Cat Helmet.

If you’re playing a lot of matches against bots, chances are you already know about this item. The Cat Helmet is worn by one of the bots in the game and immediately stands out thanks to its distinctive ears. The item also has a slightly different shape compared to regular helmets, which makes it resemble a cat head.

Ever since the bot was first spotted, everybody has been trying to get their paws on this helmet. But, alas, it doesn’t seem to be possible. Not yet at least. At this time the Cat Helmet is only available to the bot in question, who apparently goes by the name of Meowlnir.

Unlike previous entries in the series, Halo Infinite’s bots have unique customization options. Meowlnir is just the most popular example, but bots with things like antlers and unobtainable shoulder pieces have also been spotted in the wild.

The consensus is that 343 gave bots unique customization options to make them look more like real players. Word on the street is that the developer might also be hinting at future DLC with these customization options. If so, the Cat Helmet, antlers, and all the other pieces of gear worn by bots are bound to also become available to players at some point in the future.
