The Room of Requirement is introduced early in Hogwarts Legacy. You’ll spend a lot of time here growing plants to make potions and other game-related items. However, your ability to do so early on is severely limited by your small potting tables and pots. As a result, if you want to take the next step in planting and potion-making in Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll need to obtain a Large Pot. If you want to know how to get this item and use it to its full potential, we can help.
How to Get a Large Pot in Hogwarts Legacy
To get a Large Pot in Hogwarts Legacy, you need to purchase it from the Tomes and Scrolls shop in Hogsmeade. Once in this shop, speak to the shopkeeper and purchase a Large Potting Table with a Large Pot for 1,000 Galleons. Though it’s considerably more, you can also purchase a Large Potting Table with two pots for 3,000 Galleons.
Although it may appear to be as simple as that, Hogwarts Legacy makes things a little more difficult. You’ll need to conjure your Large Pot before you can use it.
Once you’ve got your Large Potting Table, head back to the Room of Requirement. Then use the Conjuration spell you learned from Professor Weasley to access your list of conjurable items. Select the Herbology icon, then scroll down to the icon that features a large plant. Here you can select the style of Large Potting Table you want to place in your room of requirement. However, it costs Moonstones to place items in your Room of Requirement.
A Large Potting Table with one Large Pot in Hogwarts Legacy will cost 10 moonstones to place. The two-pot table will require 30 Moonstones to place. That’s why it’s good to note that you can use the Evanesco spell to get rid of unwanted furniture items in your room of requirement for Moonstone in return. Nonetheless, once you’ve placed your Large Potting Table, simply interact with it to start growing seeds in it.
