There are multiple errors which are well known to be encountered by players. One of them is the “@mm_loginservices_toomanyrequestsexception”, but there are others as well. Most of the time, they’re the same thing, as the error suggests, too many requests or too many login attempts. But even though New World’s servers have stabilized since its launch, some errors persisted and can happen even today.
Login Error Solution – New World
There isn’t any official explanation or fix about this issue, but some players have found ways to “fix” these errors. Granted, it is not really a fix, but it does give insight into what you need to do if you don’t want to lose your queue spot.
There are a couple of ways to get over the login error:
The first method isn’t really a fix. When you encounter a login error, especially the “@mm_loginservices_toomanyrequestsexception” error, what you need to do is click OK, and wait. You might notice that the queue is moving and that you’re still in it.
This doesn’t happen for all, and for those that doesn’t, there is another method.
Many of you probably already guessed it, but the second method is a simple restart. New World is not the only game to have unusual login errors, and most of the time, it can be fixed with a simple restart.
Other Reasons Why You’ve Encountered A Login Error
Even though I did present two methods of “fixing” this issue, the possibility that it might be caused by something else isn’t out of the question. In fact, there is a high probability that this error occurs due to something else.
Other fixes for the login error include:
- Updating your operating system, your graphics card drivers, and New World;
- Adding a controlled folder access exception for NW;
- Switching to a wired connection;
- Flushing DNS;
- Running as administrator;
- Adding an Antivirus exception for New World;
It is also fair to mention that if the servers are down, you might get this error. It doesn’t usually happen, but it can. Check the status of the New World servers as well.
