Maintaining scientists’ happiness and satisfaction ratings is also important because they can sabotage your park if they become disgruntled. Developing your scientists’ skill level and unlocking their potential can help you improve your park faster.

Training Scientists in Jurassic World Evolution 2
To improve your scientists’ skills, you can train them by unlocking Staff Improvements using the Science Center.

Step 1: Go to and select your Science Center.
Step 2: Select the “Infrastructure” option under “Research.”
Step 3: Find the “Staff Improvements 1” option found in the third column.
Step 4: Assign scientists to work on Staff Improvements 1 and click on “Start Research.”
Step 5: After they are done developing Staff Improvements 1, you can go over to your scientists and train them. Select the scientist and skill that you want them to improve. You can choose from Logistics, Genetics, or Welfare.
Additionally, you can also upgrade and speed the process by researching other Staff Improvements. Unlocking higher Staff Improvements gives your scientists more skill points when training them.
The Logistics skill is mainly concerned with research buildings and other related structures.
Genetics is an important skill when researching genes, extracting and analyzing fossils, and finding excavation sites.
Finally, the Welfare skill is related to everything related to taking care of dinosaurs. These include treating their illnesses, their enclosures, and feeders, among many others.
Don’t forget to rest your scientists so that they don’t become overworked and stressed. When they become too disgruntled, they will sabotage your park, which will end in disaster. You can monitor them using the Sabotage Meter found in the lower right corner of your screen.
