Lost Ark is one of the most popular games on Steam right now. It has surpassed other famous titles such as CS-GO, Dota 2, PUBG and Apex in terms of the player base. With new players constantly being added to the game, it is only natural if you want to know more information such as how to check the Ping and Network latency in the game. In this guide, we will show you how to check how high or low your ping is in the game.
Since Lost-Ark is an online game, it is important for you to maintain a stable network and have a low ping to enjoy a lag-free stable gameplay experience. The lower your ping will be, the more stable experience you will get. In case you have a high ping, you will see your character teleport through random places because of the high network latency between the game’s servers and your computer. So it is important for you to have a lower ping in order to get the ideal gameplay experience.
How To Check Ping and FPS – Lost Ark
To check your ping in the game, open the game settings by pressing the Esc button.
Now click on the gameplay tab and then click on the Controls and Display. Scroll down to see the “Show Network Latency” option in the right pane. Change this setting to “Always Show” so you can view the ping and latency of your current game server. Now your current ping will be visible in the bottom left corner of the screen.
In case you face any connection issues on a server, you can head over to this page. It will show you the status of all the four server locations and also tell you if any server is currently full, busy or undergoing maintenance.
