Mario Kart 8 DLC Wave 2 features courses from seven different Mario Kart games.

The Turnip Cup will feature the following courses:

  • New York Minute – Debuted in Mario Kart Tour
  • Mario Circuit 3 – Debuted in Super Mario Kart for the Super Nintendo
  • Kalimari Desert – Debuted in Mario Kart 64 for the Nintendo 64
  • Waliuigi Pinball – Debuted in Mario Kart 7 for the Nintendo DS

The Propeller Cup will include the following tracks:

  • Mushroom Gorge – Debuted in Mario Kart Wii for the Nintendo Wii

As a refresher course, here are the tracks that were previously added in Wave 1:

  • Coconut Mall
  • Choco Mountain
  • Toad Circuit
  • Shroom Ridge
  • Sky Garden
  • Ninja Hideaway
  • Paris Promenade
  • Tokyo Blur

Every Mario Kart game has been represented in the DLC thus far, except the Nintendo GameCube‘s Mario Kart: Double Dash. Aside from that glaring exception, Nintendo has delivered some quality courses for fans to enjoy.

The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass DLC can be purchased on its own for $24.99. If you’re a paid member of Nintendo Switch Online, you gain access to every Booster Course Pass wave, including the Mario Kart 8 DLC Wave 2, at no additional charge.
