As might be expected for a game about exploring a haunted house, the Ouija Board is critical for Phasmophobia. If you want your adventuring team to actually communicate with spirits, there’s quite literally no better tool! Using the board lets you more closely talk with the ghost, without having to deal with voice recognition. But, that isn’t the whole story. What Ouija Board questions should you ask the ghost? Does it matter? Yes, and we’ll tell you exactly what to ask the spirit!
List of Ouija Board Question to Ask
In Phasmophobia, the Ouija Board randomly spawns in the environment. In order to use it, you must left-click to interact with it. You may then use it to ask the spirit questions. The ghost will try to answer the Ouija Board questions if it is nearby.
The tablet is slightly different than the trigger words used by the voice recognition software. You’ll simply want to ask questions with it. These questions are about the victim, age, death, room, or location of the ghost.
For example, you may want to ask some of the following questions with the Ouija Board:
- Who did you kill?
- How old are you?
- How long have you been dead
- How many people are here?
- Are you close?
You can ask questions that are pretty close to that, and you’re fairly likely to get a response. Of course, since the game allows players to use voice recognition, you aren’t bound to the traditional set of pre-determined questions — get creative!
Be careful though, using the Ouija board has a 25% chance to end the Setup Phase, as the ghost gets really angry. This will lower your sanity by a lot, and won’t help too much for your evidence gathering. Starting a hunt so early will be a problem! Try and use the board as a last step to the setup phase to avoid early deaths.
