The upcoming game Pokemon Legends: Arceus has leaked just a week before its release date. The latest entry in Game Freak’s hit Nintendo franchise is due to launch January 28, though a finished version has made its way online. Amid the extensive story details and Pokedex information now available, perhaps the most interesting facet is all the confirmed legendaries in the game. They far exceed what many expected, meaning this Hisuian adventure is definitely one for trainers to try out.
Pokemon Legends: Arceus Legendary List
With a finished version of Pokemon Legends: Arceus now out there, we know which legendary Pokemon are in the game. They are as follows. Of course, beware of spoilers, as many of these haven’t been formally revealed. If you don’t want to know which legendaries to expect going into the game, we advise looking away now.
Here’s the full list of legendaries:
- Arceus
- Uxie
- Mespirit
- Azelf
- Dialga
- Palkia
- Giratina
- Heatran
- Regigias
- Raikou
- Entei
- Darkrai
- Shaymin
Since the game is currently in the hands of very few players, some other Legendary Pokemon could well show up. However, the biggest takeaway from the recent leak was the reveal of alternate Hisuian forms of Dialga and Palkia. The two legendaries from Diamond and Pearl were already confirmed for the game, but we now know they’ll have a distinctly different look. This is in keeping with the game’s setting, as Legends: Arceus takes place centuries before mainline Pokemon games. As such, everything is slightly different to what players are used to.
There are some notable omissions in this list, however. First up are Mew, Mewtwo, and Celebi, two of which appeared in last year’s Diamond and Pearl remakes. There’s also no sight of Raquaza, Groudon, or Kyogre, from Emerald, Ruby, and Sapphire respectively. They could well show up, but we won’t know until more people are able to share information from the game’s leaked Pokedex.
Nonetheless, Pokemon Legends: Arceus is shaping up to be every trainer’s dream game, with this many Legendary Pokemon. It’s not too long to wait until players can finally try it out.
