How to Use Trailers in Project Zomboid

With loot mechanics in Project Zomboid, players can loot items in the locations on the map. On the other hand, since there are quite a lot of items in the game, it becomes difficult to carry these items. In other words, the carrying of items is a problem for players in some cases.
Although every player in the game has an inventory, the player can carry the items looted more easily with the trailer. Using the trailer is quite easy and you need a vehicle first.
When you see a trailer, bring the back of your vehicle closer to the trailer’s hook-up and get out of your vehicle and go to the trailer. Here, press the “V” key to open the menu and click on the “Attach” button. Now the trailer is attached to your vehicle. Thus, you can use the trailer with your vehicle.
To access the trailer’s inventory, go to the trailer and press the “Loot All” button at the top of the screen. The page that opens is your trailer’s inventory and you can place your items in your inventory here.
On the other hand, where you see below is the capacity of your trailer’s inventory. When your trailer, which has 100 slots, is full, you may need to throw away unnecessary items in the inventory.
Finally, if you want to remove the trailer from your vehicle, what you need to do is very simple. Go to the trailer and press the “V” key. You can remove the trailer from your vehicle by pressing the “Detach” button from the menu that opens.
If you don’t have a trailer, just browse the map. In Project Zomboid, trailers do not have a specific location and are scattered throughout the map.
