Spring is ending, and the sun of the coming summer means a new set of free games hitting PS Plus. This month brings a mixed bag of genres and visual styles leaving something for everyone! But don’t think that the action is light, as the headline act is 2018’s bloodiest release, God of War. Here’s a look at the rest of the games you’ll be able to check out this June.

PlayStation Plus | Free Games for June 2022

The free PlayStation Plus games this month are God Of War (2018), Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker, and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. The latest trio of games becomes available for download on Tuesday, June 7. That means you’ll be able to download them until July 5, 2022.

God Of War (2018) starts things off with a very epic and loud reputation. After ending the world in the original trilogy, Kratos has recovered and reinvented himself in the Norse realms. Not only has he become a father to a child he affectionately calls “Boy”, but he has also traded in his dual chain blades for a boomerang ax. This game takes you on a huge journey across Midgard where you’ll fight monsters, deities, and more with new moves and game mechanics.

Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker is an anime-style fighting game based around the Naruto and Boruto anime series. This father and son duo will be bringing the pain in this free-for-all competitive brawler. You and some friends can play as iconic characters from both series as you fight in many memorable locations. You’ll have full control of the 3D plane as you run, jump, and dash around all while trying to survive the environment or use it to your advantage. Be the first to use your special move to get the anime spotlight all to yourself.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl brings up the rear as the third title overall and the second fighting game. The basic pitch: Control memorable Nickelodeon characters and have them fight it out. It uses a lot of the systems put in place by the Smash Bros. series down to the multi-leveled arenas and smashing opponents off the screen. It provides the perfect opportunity to get silly and serious.
