The game takes place directly after the events of Monkey Island 2: Lechuck’s Revenge. Patient Citizen Achievement Guide – Return To Monkey Island
To get the Patient Citizen achievement, the player must reach Part 4 of Return to Monkey Island. It is an easy achievement to obtain as it does not require a lot of preparation or execution.
Outside of the Mansion will be a line of people. The player is given the option to check out the line or wait in it. To get the achievement, the player simply has to choose to wait in line and wait for three minutes.
