While you can obtain the grappling hook functionality, the game doesn’t exactly tell you how to use it. It is fairly crucial to use the hook if you want to progress further in the game. This allows your character to reach areas that are otherwise unreachable and strategically use them to your advantage against your enemies.

To use the grappling hook, you just need to press the Triangle key if you have a Playstation controller or the Y button if you are on an Xbox console.PC players will need to press the Q key on their keyboard to use the hook. Do note that you can only use the hook in certain situations and places in the game

Most of the time, you will need to use the hook to pull your character Wang Lo towards the bright green rings spread throughout the game’s world. You will find these rings almost everywhere such as the combat arenas and platforms between them. Just point your crosshair towards it and press the grappling hook button to swing from one ring to another. You also cross large gaps and move quickly from one place to another with the help of the hook.

The grappling hook can also be useful during combats as it can be used to pull your character towards certain enemies in the game. If you point your crosshair towards the enemy and you see an icon then you can use the hook to grapple towards them. Use this trick in the arena to outmanoeuvre your enemies and defeat them in combat. You can also use the hook to pull explosive barrels and throw them towards your opponents.

The grappling is certainly a cool and exciting addition to the game. It makes the exploration and combat experience more fun and enjoyable. Use it to your gain a tactical advantage while playing the game!
