The only way to complete the M-014 puzzle is to wait until it gets dark.
Once it’s night, you can start roaming around and find the trees with a glowing yellow light on them. There are a total of 5 trees on which you have to use the Cyloop ability.
After you do Cyloop on all 5 trees with the glowing light, you will complete the M-014 puzzle.
