In this Stranded Deep 1.04 update patch, Beam Team addresses some game-breaking glitches as well as adds the long-awaited auto-walk toggle, here’s a breakdown of what this means to those still trying to survive your tropical island life.
Stranded Deep 1.04 Update Patch Notes
Good news, players will now be able to smoothly sail across the Pacific Ocean, as a fix has been issued to prevent your raft from getting stuck Brain Corals with the Stranded Deep 1.04 update. Further, players will now be able to easily drop their anchor in boss areas. This will give players a lot more options on the high seas, as long as they have their trusty compass to guide them. Further, if players haven’t picked up their compass yet, the trophy “Magnets, How Do They Work” has also been fixed.
Perhaps the biggest feature in the Stranded Deep 1.04 update is the highly requested auto-walk feature. This means that players will now be able to walk around their island as much as they’d like without constantly having to properly their character forward. Additionally, this feature can be toggled on and off in the games general settings menu. Auto-walk is set to off by default, so if you’d like to use it, you’ll have to go into the settings and turn it on.
Further, Bean Team has also managed to fix a pesky little bug that was preventing players from being able to light the Hobo Stove. This item is essential for cooking and is a survival basic, so the fix will make player’s life a lot easier and a lot tastier. This fix has also been extended to the campfire which previously crashed when lit.
