The third-person cooperate shooter from Rebellion Developments, Strange Brigade is getting a physical release for Nintendo Switch. It was originally released for PC, PS4, and Xbox One in 2018, and a digital Switch version launched last week.

A limited print run for Strange Brigade will be available through www.superraregames.com. In total, 3,000 Standard Editions will be available, as well as 2,000 SteelBook Editions. Both versions will be available for sale starting June 30th at 1:00 PM EDT. They will ship “shortly after.”

Strange Brigade was nominated for several awards leading up to and after its 2018 release. It was nominated for the Gamescom 2017 Best Booth Award, as well as awards from both the National Academy of Video Game Trade Reviewers and The Independent Game Developers’ Association in 2019.

Set in 1930s Egypt, Strange Brigade stars a group of heroes and explorers as they encounter Seteki the Witch Queen. The gameplay features a mix of puzzle-solving, a third-person shooter, and action-adventure titles. The game leans in hard on some of the camp and charm of movies like The Mummy. Co-op play is available for 2-4 players.
