Reach The Utility Hatch Quest Guide
This quest will take place inside the Team Security area where you get to control all bridges around and guide different people in various places.
Here you will lift the lockdown, but the bridge is going to be broken to the other area, which means that you must find another way to get there.

Elias will give you information about the utility room that can be accessed and take you to the level below, which will get you towards the station.
Your next step is to open up the HABITAT DOME H600 and go to that area.
Through that gate, you will go outside and face a lot of assassin monsters. You need to be careful as they will jump onto you out of nowhere and try to kill you. Keep your guard up and weapons loaded.
After all monsters have been killed, you need to find the 03 Utility area which is the correct one which will complete your mission.
