You have to progress in the main story to the Hykros City. Once you get there, you have to continue following the main storyline and collect the gift.
Franz will tell you to go and talk with some NPCs in order to get the reward for you.
First of all, you have to go to the upper platform and talk with Cobalt-B. Just follow the path inside going up the stairs.
You will have a short conversation, and tell Cobalt-B that Franz send you to pick up the gift.
Once the conversation is done, there will be a “Falcon” vehicle that you have to pick it up.
Just go closer to the Falcon and interact with it to unlock the vehicle. Once you have it unlocked, you will be required to test it.
For this purpose, just go to your vehicle’s menu and unlock the vehicle, then you have to activate it.
After it is activated, exit the vehicles menu, and press “V” on your keyboard to ride the Falcon.
Once it is done, it will be your new vehicle that you will get from the quest.
