Hiroyuki Kobayashi was a Resident Evil and Resident Evil 2 programmer at Capcom. As a producer, he oversaw Code: Veronica X, Zero, Resident Evil 2022, and Resident Evil 4.

Kobayashi is an Executive Producer for Resident Evil 6 and Dragon’s Dogma. His last credited work at Capcom is 2018’s Mega Man 11, where he was also an Executive Producer.
