To get this mount, you will have to hope you get lucky from an Emerald Bounty. It has a slight chance of being inside the Small Emerald Bloom, Medium Emerald Bloom, or Large Emerald Bloom.

REINS OF THE WINTER NIGHT DREAMSABER

If you complete the daily quest “A Little Hope is Never Without Worth” after 23 days. Of course, it does mean you have to wait for a while to get the mount, but it’ll be worth it in the end.

REINS OF THE OCHRE DREAMTALON

This is a Renown 17 reward for Dream Wardens. It does mean grinding until you get to level 17 with the Dream Wardens, but then you can purchase them by Moon Priestess Lasara for 1200 Dragon Isles Supplies.

REINS OF THE LUNAR DREAMSTAG

Similar to the Lunar Dreamstag, it is sold by Lasara for 1200 Dragon Isles Supplies once you reach Renown 17 with the Dream Wardens.

REINS OF THE SUNTOUCHED DREAMSTAG

To get this mount, you have to get one Dream Infusion and purchase it from Elianna. This mount is inspired by the word ‘delusion,’ as said in the flavor text for the mount.
