How to Get Cherry Cordial in The Witcher 3

Witcher 3 - How to get Cherry Cordial

Cherry Cordial can be purchased from innkeepers. They are available at the White Orchard Inn, Harviken, Svorlag, Larvik, Downwarren, Crow’s Perch, Oxenfurt, The Golden Sturgeon, the Inn at the Crossroads, and Hierarch Square. In addition, players with the Witcher 3 Blood and Wine DLC can get buy it at Fox Hollow and the Scarlet Cardinal Inn. Finally, Cherry Cordial can be a random drop in Toussaint with the Blood and Wine expansion.

The fact that the potion comes from so many random innkeepers can be frustrating at first. However, the best place to buy Cherry Cordial is from the shop at Crow’s Perch. That trader has a supply of both Cherry Cordial and Mandrake Cordial. You can get a handful of both of them, refresh his store by exiting and reentering, and then buy a handful again. This will let you farm out the two most intimidating ingredients for White Gull in no time at all.

If you have the coin in the Prologue, try to deal with Elsa as much as you can. She has both cordials and a lot of the other ingredients; White Orchard is perfect! However, coin is tight, so you’ll either have to grind or let Elsa go at some point. It might be better to wait until Crow’s Perch, where your pockets will be much more full.

Cherry Cordial is critical for White Gull, so stock up on as much of it as you can! That’ll make late game so much easier, since you’ll have potions to choose from.
