To get the Second Heart Cyberware, you’ll need to head to the Ripperdoc in Heywood, Wellsprings. Simply speak with the doc, and you’ll be able to purchase it for 42,000 Eddies. It’s quite expensive for a reason, as it is one of the few implants that only has one tier, and that is Legendary. You cannot get a cheaper option, but the investment is worth it.
Second Heart instantly restores all of your health when you hit zero — preventing you from suffering an untimely death. It does take two minutes to recharge for another dose. So, make sure that extra life is used wisely or wait it out behind cover so you can jump back in without the fear of death.
You do have options for cyberware that will heal you rather than ripping you away from the Grim Reaper’s hands. Bioplastic Blood Vessels give you health outside of combat and activating Blood Pump will instantly heal you even when fighting. Biomonitor will give you health if you lose a certain amount.
