How to Get the Mandalorian Gun in Fortnite

Fortnite Mandalorian, Mandalorian Gun

Fortnite has been the king when it comes to having other media properties crossover with it. Having crossed over most famously with the massively popular Avenger’s franchise, the game has recently started working with another Disney property, Star Wars. Most recently that means crossing over with the hit Disney+ show The Mandalorian. This not only means you can play as the titular Mandalorian but also make use of the Mandalorian Gun.

Fortnite | How to Get the Mandalorian Gun

The Mandalorian Gun, also known as the Amban Sniper Rifle, is one of the weapons that the bounty hunter brings with him in his cameo. To get the Mandalorian’s Gun for yourself, you’re going to need to best him combat.

The Mandalorian can be found on the map by his trusty ship, The Razor Crest, which is located near the center of the map. Once you arrive there you’ll have a boss fight on your hands. It’s not the hardest fight in the world, as The Mandalorian fights at range. If you build upwards and take the high ground he’ll struggle, even with a jetpack. ironically sniper rifles actually work pretty well against him too.

The thing that the Mandalorian does have going for him is his health. It seems like his armor protects him in-game as much as it does in the show. He has a lot of health so make sure you bring plenty of ammo. A more than decent gun will also go a long way in helping you best The Mandalorian.

Once you’re able to beat the galaxy’s greatest bounty hunter, the spoils are yours. This includes the Mandalorian gun, as well as his trusty jetpack. The Mandalorian gun and his jetpack used together are a powerful combination.

The Jetpack has infinite fuel, meaning you won’t need to find another. It can only fly for five seconds and has a 10-second cooldown so keep that in mind. The Mandalorian Gun is a sniper rifle like we mentioned earlier. It has a thermal scope attached to it making it easier to spot and take out targets at a distance.

This means that you can fly up, land some shots and get away before your target even knows you’re there.
