After months of delays, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has finally landed. The game contains over 300 characters from the Star Wars saga, but somehow there are even more on the way. Yes, a range of DLC packs will add even more brick renditions of the most iconic Star Wars characters for players willing to pay for them. If you’re intrigued, then we’ve got the Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga DLC release dates featured below.
When Are The Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga DLC Release Dates?
The first set of Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga DLC packs arrived on April 5, 2022. They’ll be followed by an extra pack on April 19, and two final packs on May 4, 2022.
The first DLC to arrive in the game happened to come out on launch day. They were The Mandalorian, Solo: A Star Wars Story, Classic Characters, and the Trooper Pack. The first two added characters from the Disney+ show and spin-off movie respectively. The Classic Characters pack added designs based on the first Lego incarnations of characters like Luke Skywalker, based on the 1990s sets. The Trooper Pack added several Stormtrooper variant designs, including Death Troopers and Imperial Shore Troopers.
Even better, there are three DLC packs soon to arrive. On April 19, a set based on Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will release. Characters include Jyn Erso, Cassian Andor, and Director Krennic, alongside three other new characters. The last two sets land on May 4, which is no coincidence given it’s widely regarded as Star Wars Day. There’s a pack based on season 2 of The Mandalorian, adding characters like Ahsoka Tano and Moff Gideon. The final set is based on The Bad Batch, introducing the genetically-modified clones from the TV show of the same name.
After that, it doesn’t appear that there will be more Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga expansions. However, given a show based on Obi-Wan Kenobi is due out this spring, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see even more arrive down the line.
