MultiVersus - How to Taunt Players

In the wacky world of MultiVersus, players can go all out with attacks, jumps, dodges, and everything else in between. The wonderful cast of WB characters surely has their unique quips, coupled with their colorful move sets that adhere to their franchises. For the players, this is a treat since we can taunt our opponents during the point of any match. If you’re curious as to how you can taunt in MultiVersus, we’ll show you how for both PC and controller.

How to Taunt in MultiVersus

PC players can taunt with the T, 2, 3, and 4 keys on their keyboard; console/controller folks taunt with the D-Pad, starting with Up. Alternatively, the T key corresponds with 1, which might make it simpler for some mouse and keyboard fighters out there in the multiverse. Naturally, you can trigger any taunt whenever you please during a match. This means you can do it once the fighters start attacking; in the middle to discourage your opponents’ moves; or at the end for a victory pose. It’s another fun way to express yourself in the game that’s done with the press of a button.

If you wish to change the taunt buttons, you won’t need to go far. Go to Settings and you’ll see that the Controls section is the first one of the few. Here, we’re given two different configurations for players to experiment with. Controller settings are on the first set, and the mouse & keyboard are on the second. Evidently, this is where players can change up not only their taunts but also the rest of their key bindings. It’s also a good way to familiarize yourself with the controls in case you keep neglecting a certain button.

Furthermore, if you desire to have more taunts in your inventory, you’ll have to spend some actual cash. Aside from just a few exceptions, most of the locked away taunts are only obtainable by spending Gleamium. Only three taunts are unlockable through the Battle Pass: Bugs Bunny’s Dance, Steven Universe’s Starstruck, and Wonder Woman’s Weight Lifting. In the end, if you want more content from MultiVersus, you’re going to have to get some Gleamium.
