There are a total of eight Golden Spatula’s hidden in Jellyfish Fields. In the list below, we’ve detailed each spatula as it appears on the in-game menu, not necessarily in the order you’ll be locked into finding them in the game.
Golden Spatula 1: Top of the Hill
Players can earn the first Jellyfish Fields Golden Spatula just before they enter the Jellyfish Caves area. Specifically, it’s sitting behind the gate just after you get off of the long slender sand ledge that moves up and down.
To get to the spatula, destroy the goon machine and hit the button that is sitting behind it. This will lower the gate and reveal the spatula.
Golden Spatula 2: Cowa-Bungee!
The next spatula can be found by bungee jumping into the waterfall that you can see in the first area. To get to the bungee jump hook, you’ll need to go down the path to your right when you find Gary.
As you head down the path, you’ll see the hook that you can use to bungee jump.
Golden Spatula 3: Patrick’s Delima
Players can find the third Jellyfish Fields Golden Spatula location by rescuing Patrick just after you go down the slide near Mermaid Man. To save Patrick, you’ll need to destroy the three goon machines and hit the three switches. This will reveal a path to Patrick, who will reward you with the cooking utensil. This will also unlock Patrick as a playable character.
Golden Spatula 4: Spelunking
Players can get to this Jellyfish Fields Golden Spatula location by exploring the cave as Patrick. Specifically, the spatula is sitting behind the gate just before you leave the cave.
To get the spatula, Patrick needs to stun the two enemies by doing a bellyflop, and then pick one of them up and throw them at the button. This will open up the gate and allow players to jump onto the platform, destroy the goon machine, and get the spatula.
Golden Spatula 5: Navigate the Canyons and Mesas
The next spatula can be found near the King Jellyfish sign as players near the end of the level. There isn’t much to this one, as it’s just sitting on the ledge of the cliff. Short and simple.
Golden Spatula 6: Drain the Lake
The fifth Spongebob Squarepants Battle for Bikini Bottom Jellyfish Fields Golden Spatula can be earned by helping Mrs. Puff drain the lake while playing as Patrick. To get the water to recede, players will need to stun the two enemies that are on the central island. While they’re stunned, Patrick can pick one of them up and throw them at the drains.
After you’ve destroyed all five of the drains, the water will recede and players can get the spatula.
Golden Spatula 7: Defeat King Jellyfish
Players can get this spatula by visiting Squidward after they defeat the Jellyfish King. For clarity’s sake, players won’t get the spatula once they beat the Jellyfish King. They’ll need to pick up the King Jellyfish Jelly and bring it back to Squidward to get the golden utensil.
Golden Spatula 8: Slide Leap
After players defeat King Jellyfish, they’ll have to go down the slide to get down from the mountain. However, before you head down the side, make sure to run by the box on the side of the fighting arena. Once you’ve done that head down the slide and at the very end, players can land on a small platform where the final Golden Spatula is sitting. If you miss it, don’t worry, you can hop into the box to go back up to the battle area and try the slide again.
