Xbox Mini Fridge Price | How Much Will it Cost?

At the very end of the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase during E3 2021, the first-party publisher and console manufacturer officially announced that the Xbox Mini Fridge is set to release Holiday 2021. Despite starting as a meme on the internet after the Xbox Series X console reveal, it seems that the team at Microsoft is fully embracing internet culture and having a bit of fun in the process. With the release date announcement being made, some are wondering about the Xbox Mini Fridge price, specifically how much will it cost?

What Is the Xbox Mini Fridge Price?

The team at Microsoft has not announced the Xbox Mini Fridge price quite yet. While many are speculating that it will cost between $75-$200, its MSRP has not yet been determined. Further, Xbox has not announced how to preorder the refrigerator, nor where fans can buy it from.

While it may seem like there are a lot of unknowns regarding the Xbox Mini Fridge price, there are a handful of things we do know. The Xbox Series X-themed fridge will be releasing Holiday 2021 and will either be sold online, in retail stores, or both. However, like most specialty items, there is a good chance that it will have a limited production run and will become a hard-to-find collector’s item.

The whole idea for the Xbox Mini Fridge started back at The Game Awards 2019 when images of the Xbox Series X were first revealed. It didn’t take long for Reddit and Twitter users to start cranking out memes of the big black box, with some comparing it to a refrigerator. Then, just a few months ago Twitter Marketing ran a Battle of the Brands poll and the finals came down to Skittles vs Xbox.

Aaron Greenberg, General Manager of Xbox Games Marketing at Microsoft, shared on Twitter that if Xbox won, they’d produce the Xbox refrigerator and sell it to fans. When the poll ended, Xbox beat Skittles by a vote of 50.5% to 49.5%. With the victory secured and the trailer dropped, we should be getting details on the Xbox Mini Fridge price and more in the coming months as it gets set for its Holiday 2021 release date.
