All Luminflux Pyxis Puzzle Solutions in Honkai Star Rail

You’ve finally reached the Luminflux Pyxis puzzle, and their weapon test puzzles become increasingly overwhelming as the days pass. Fret not! We’re here to help you through them. Typically, three puzzles are set daily; solving them will grant you some fantastic rewards. Let’s get into it!

 

Luminflux Pyxis Puzzle Location

Alright, first things first. Ensure you’ve completed the main storyline to unlock this part of the Xianzhou Luofu map and side quest—specifically, the Artisanship Commission.

The puzzle is located in the same spot for three days; you can teleport to the nearest anchor by the puzzle icon. As you navigate to the icon, you’ll see a man standing there – Master Gongshu. If you interact with him, he’ll start the Luminflux Pyxis puzzle quest for you in the name of weapon testing. 

 

How To Solve Luminflux Pyxis Puzzles

As previously mentioned, there are three puzzles each day over three days. The task is simple, simply move or rotate the devices to destroy the orbs simultaneously. If you fail, you can start again where you left off. The goal is to hit all the orbs at once with the beam.

Each device can be rotated clockwise or counter-clockwise. The starting device is the only one that does not move. As you advance further, some devices require you to move them into the right position, either up, down, left, or right across a slider. Once you’ve completed the puzzles for all three days, you cannot play them again.

Note: To make things easier for you, every step-by-step that is noted below will start from where the position of the beam launcher is.

 

Luminflux Pyxis Puzzle Solutions Day 1

First puzzle

The first day of puzzles is relatively simple, and you can solve them independently. However, in case you’re still confused, here’s what you can do:

1. Rotate the first device on the left side counter-clockwise once, ensuring that it points to the device located on the top-middle.
2. Rotate the top-middle device counter-clockwise twice so it faces the device on the bottom right.
3. Rotate the device on the top right clockwise once so it faces the closest orb.
4. Lastly, rotate the bottom right device counter-clockwise once. 
5. Head back to the launcher and select Launch.

 

Second puzzle

The devices will increase this time, and here’s what you need to do:

1. Rotate the device on the left side clockwise three times so it faces the orb in the middle.
2. Rotate the device on the top middle counter-clockwise once so it faces the device next to it.
3. Rotate the device on the top middle right (right next to the one you just rotated) clockwise three times so it faces the device to the right of it. 
4. Now rotate this device on the top far right four times in any direction.
5. Rotate the bottom right device counter-clockwise twice.
6. Head back to the launcher and select Launch.

 

Third puzzle

A tiny, more complex, with the same amount of devices. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Rotate the device on the left side in any direction four times.
2. Rotate the device on the top middle (left side) clockwise three times so it faces the next device.
3. Rotate the device on the top middle (right side) counter-clockwise twice so it faces straight down across two orbs and the next device.
4. You can leave the other two pillars as they are.
5. Head to the launcher and hit Launch.

There you go! You got yourself a Bountiful Treasure Chest for this one. The first and second puzzles will grant you a Basic Treasure Chest upon completion as well.

 

Luminflux Pyxis Puzzle Solution Day 2

First puzzle

On Day 2, you’ll see the appearance of sliders in the puzzle, which you can use to move the devices to make things more fun. Here’s what you can do:

1. Rotate the device located right in front of the launching device counter-clockwise three times.
2. Move the device located on top of the previous device to the left.
3. Move the device located on the bottom middle to the left and rotate it clockwise twice.
4. Rotate the device on the top right counter-clockwise twice.
5. Head to the launcher and hit Launch.

 

Second puzzle

This time, your launching device will be on the right side of the puzzle. Here’s what you can do to solve it:

1. Rotate the device right above the launching device in any direction four times.
2. Leave the top middle device alone.
3. Move the bottom middle device to the right and rotate it clockwise twice.
4. Rotate the device on the far left counter-clockwise twice.
5. Go over to the launcher and select Launch.

 

Third puzzle

Now pay attention. This time more movement is needed. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Rotate the device on the far left (the one without the slider) counter-clockwise once.
2. Move the device on the far left (the one with the slider) down and rotate it counter-clockwise three times.
3. Rotate the device on the top middle counter-clockwise once.
4. Rotate the device on the bottom middle clockwise once.
5. Move the device on the far right downwards and rotate it counter-clockwise once.
6. Head over to the launcher and choose Launch.

That’s it for Day 2 of the Luminflux Pyxis puzzles! You would be rewarded with two Basic Treasure Chests and a Precious Treasure Chest for your efforts. Now for the third and final day, let’s move on.

 

Luminflux Pyxis Puzzle Solution Day 3

First puzzle

There are no new mechanics introduced on Day 3, just a whole lot of moving the devices around to get all the orbs in one go. Here’s how to solve them:

1. Move the device on the far right upwards and rotate it counter-clockwise three times.
2. Rotate the device at the bottom middle four times in any direction.
3. Rotate the device at the top middle counter-clockwise twice.
4. Move the device at the far left down and rotate it counter-clockwise twice.
5. Walk over to the launcher and hit Launch.

 

Second puzzle

It may look complicated, but you’ll be fine. Here’s how to solve this one:

1. Move the device above the launcher upwards and rotate it clockwise three times.
2. Rotate the device on the bottom (with the slider) clockwise twice.
3. Rotate the device on the top right counter-clockwise three times.
4. Rotate the device on the bottom right in any direction four times.
5. Make your way to the launcher and hit Launch.

 

Third puzzle

You’re at the final puzzle for this quest! Here’s how to breeze through it:

1. Move the device on the bottom far left upwards and rotate it counter-clockwise three times.
2. Move the device in the middle to the right and rotate it clockwise once.
3. Rotate the device at the top far left counter-clockwise once.
4. Rotate the device at the middle top clockwise twice.
5. Move the device located in the middle right to the left and rotate it clockwise twice. 
6. Rotate the device at the bottom right counter-clockwise three times.
7. Go to the launcher and hit Launch.

That’s it! You’ve successfully completed all the weapon testing within the Luminflux Pyxis puzzles. To complete these puzzles, you are rewarded with a Basic Treasure Chest, Bountiful Treasure Chest, and a Precious Treasure Chest.
