Roblox - How to Wear Two Hairs at once

Customizing your avatar is one of the best parts of Roblox. In fact, it’s so popular that the game’s entire economy revolves around it. However, if you’re someone who likes to change up your look frequently, having to buy Robux can get pretty pricey over time. If you’re just looking to change up your hairdo, there’s a way to use two hair pieces at once to make your own style.

How to Wear Two Hairs at Once in Roblox

To wear two hairs at once in Roblox, you’ll have to have at least two different hair cosmetics available. So long as you have more than one hair piece, you can equip two hairs through the advanced settings options in the Avatar menu.

When you first sign up for Roblox, you’ll start with six different options for your hair. Plus, there are a further six available for free in the Avatar Shop, for a total of 12.

To change your hair, go to the Avatar menu on the Roblox website. It can be found after opening the drop down menu in the upper left. Once there, hover over the Clothing tab, then pick the Hair option.

Initially it will seem like you can only equip one hair piece at a time, as simply clicking on a new one will automatically un-equip the previous one. In order to equip a second hair piece, you’ll need to go to the Advanced setting, found at the bottom right of your available hair options.

From there, a menu will open up asking you to enter in an item’s Asset ID. While multiple entries are possible, you can only ever equip two hairs at one time.

To find these Asset IDs, you’ll need to go to the items page in the Avatar Shop. Once there, you’ll see the ID up in the page’s address bar, between “/catalog/” and the item’s name. For example, “roblox.com/catalog/123/This-is-not-a-real-item” would have an item code of 123.

Equipping more than one hair at a time is a great way to customize your Roblox character. Plus, it opens up a number of new styles — 79 of them, in fact, with the current default options. And all of them are possible without having to spend any of your hard-earned Robux.
