The holiday season is about giving, and Microsoft is getting into the mood with their December Xbox Game Pass update.
A total of eleven games are being added to Game Pass across the consoles, PC, and Cloud platforms. For many, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, High on Life, and Metal Hellslinger are the highlights. Every game deserves a look, though, so let’s explore them!
The Games Being Added With the December Xbox Game Pass Update
Three games are available for play right now on Game Pass.
- Eastward (Cloud, Console, and PC)
- The Walking Dead: The Final Season (Cloud, Console, and PC)
- Totally Reliable Delivery Service (PC)
On December 6th, two more games are being added to the Game Pass library.
- Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga (Cloud, Console, and PC)
- Hell Neighbor 2 (Cloud, Console, and PC) – Day One release
A couple of days later, December 8th sees an additional two games become available.
- Chained Echoes (Cloud, Console, and PC) – Day One release
- Metal: Hellsinger (Xbox One)
The following week, on December 13th, two more games will be added as part of the December Xbox Game Pass update.
- High on Life (Cloud, Console, and PC) – Day One release
- Potion Craft (Console and PC)
Finally, December 15th adds in the remaining two Game Pass titles.
- Hot Wheels Unleashed – Game of the Year Edition (Cloud, Console, and PC)
- Rainbow Billy: The Curse of the Leviathan (Cloud, Console, and PC)
New DLC and Game Updates Coming to Game Pass
December sees the addition of two content updates on Game Pass: one trial and one DLC update.
Need for Speed Unbound enters an Early Access Trial through EA Play. The newest entry in the Need for Speed series releases on December 2nd. Before buying, EA Play offers a ten-hour demo to test the game out before purchase.
Conan Exiles: Chapter 2 is available December 6th, adding new content after the Age of Sorcery update.
Games Leaving Xbox Game Pass in December
As always, new games mean we must say goodbye to old ones. December’s update for Xbox Game Pass will see the following titles leave the service on December 15th:
