Sugarcane can be found at Goofy’s Stall in the Dazzle Beach biome. It’ll cost 1,000 Dreamlight to unlock the beach, and 1,000 Star Coins to repair Goofy’s Stall.
Butter can be bought at Chez Remy for 190 Star Coins after you unlock Remy from the Dream Castle and once you complete a couple of his quests.
