Bandai Namco is getting ready to drop Elden Ring on February 25, 2022, and how we may know what will be required to play what’s sure to be one of the year’s biggest games.

Gamers will need at least 12 GB of free RAM to take advantage of the game.

PC Gamer has also published the full PC system requirements for Elden Ring:

  • OS: Windows 10 or Windows 11
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 8400 or AMD Ryzen 3 3300X
  • Memory: 12 GB of RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB or AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 60GB

As FromSoftware continues to push the envelop on its games, the resources required continue to build up pretty quickly.

While Bandai Namco originally pushed the above specs on the game’s Steam page, the company quickly removed those specs. It could be that the company jumped the gun and system requirements for the game will be released with updates at a later time.

Elden Ring will release for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.

Regardless of the game’s system requirements, given the positive reaction to early previews, we suspect a lot of people will be ready for day one gameplay.
