A core objective in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is to earn as many studs as possible. They’re the main currency in the game, used to purchase new characters and unlock upgrades to make you even more efficient in combat. If you want some tips on farming studs in the new game, we’ve got you covered!
How to Farm Studs in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
If you want to farm studs quickly in Lego Star Wars, there are a few good ways to go about it. The best method is to repeatedly play over certain story levels that yield high stud counts. Another is to smash around the open-world sections with larger characters, who automatically smash crates to earn studs without you having to button-mash.
The best level to farm studs is A Skip and a Jump, the first level in The Rise of Skywalker. It takes no more than three minutes to several hundred thousand studs. As an on-rails flying level, it’s also very difficult to get distracted or die, meaning you can blitz through it with ease.
In this level, youzip around in the Millennium Falcon defeating TIE Fighters. The best way to get studs quickly is to never let go of the trigger. There are a bunch of beams and other obstacles strewn about, and shooting them as you go will easily earn you upwards of 200,000 per go. That’s before considering any stud boosters you may have active!
Equally, if you want to go down the open-world route, head to the Federal District of Coruscant. Change to any large character such as the Rancor, and simply run around. Smash into as many breakable objects as you can. The good part of the Federal District is that there are loads of lampposts and benches to destroy, so you’ll get coins fast. If you combine that with the Stud Magnet perk, it’s a very easy AFK method to farm studs.
