Two weeks after the remaster of Metroid Prime, another 2002 Metroid title is coming to Nintendo Switch.

Metroid Fusion is debuting on the Game Boy Advance for Nintendo Switch Online on March 9th. This is the first new game added to the GBA library for Switch Online.

The fourth entry in the mainline Metroid series, Metroid Fusion, features protagonist Samus Aran back in action. Here’s the official description of the game:

While lending mission support on planet SR388, interstellar bounty hunter Samus Aran is attacked by an X parasite, an organism with the ability to mimic the abilities of any creature it infects. Near death, Samus is saved by a vaccine made from the DNA of the last Metroid—the X parasite’s only natural predator. When the X spread to a research station in orbit around SR388, a weakened Samus is forced to exterminate them all…or die trying.

In a press release, Nintendo states that Nintendo Switch owners can now progress through the entire Metroid series. So, in order, it’s Metroid, Metroid II, Super Metroid, Metroid Fusion, and Metroid Dread.
